MUD 383 is pleased to provide an update on the new water well drilled here in our district. The well will be online in time for the 2026 summer. Thank you to everyone for your patience during the construction phase.
Drilling of this well began with the mission to reliably provide our community the precious resource of water in a safe, economical and reliable manor in a variety of challenging times.
Our water accountability - the ability to “find” the water flowing through our system - remains excellent. We are vigilant regarding our safety and security protocols at all facilities. MUD 383 recently completed smoke testing to assure your sanitary sewer lines are well maintained and in good working order. Additionally, MUD 383 is currently preparing for the hurricane season at the water plants, wastewater treatment plant and in drainage areas.
In 2002 MUD 383 was created to construct and operate water, sanitary sewer and drainage facilities. MUD 383 additionally provides trash collection and recycling to all residents.
